Hardev Singh re-elected president of UP PCS Association

Lucknow, Mar 12 (UNI) In the annual election of the UP PCS Association, Hardev Singh was today elected the president of the body for the fifth year in running, while Shambhu Singh Yadav has been re-elected general secretary for the fifth time in succession.

The other elected office bearers of the Association include Pramod Kumar Pandey (senior vice-president) and Sri Prakash Singh (junior vice-president).

Addressing the concluding day of the annual convention of the UP PCS officers, state chief secretary R Ramani urged for better coordination between IAS and PCS officials for ensuring streamlined administration in UP.

The CS also praised the role of PCS officers in better working during calamities and said that their motto should be welfare and betterment of people.
