Cyberabad police to outsource security for ADB meet
Hyderabad, Mar 12 (UNI) The Cyberabad Police, who had assisted the US security personnel during US President George Bush's visit, are now busy making arrangements for the proposed meeting of Asian Development Bank(ADB) to be held here from May two to six.
However, this time they would outsource security planning, surveillance and erection of barricades for the prestigeous meeting.
The state police has issued tender notice to select the agency that will oversee a part of the security for the meeting at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre at HITEX in Kondapur.
The selected company will prepare a security plan, propose and install security monitoring systems, barricades and signages.
However, the company will not have role in VIP security or participants, according to police sources.
