Car bomb in Baghdad's Sadr City kills 8 - police
BAGHDAD, Mar 12 (Reuters) Eight people were killed and 10 wounded when a car bomb exploded today in the Shi'ite Sadr City district of Baghdad, a policeman at the scene told Reuters.
He said the car bomb had exploded near a market, while a mortar bomb had landed on another market in Sadr City a few minutes later.
It was not immediately clear if there were any casualties in that incident.
