Vadodara builder Jitendra Tank kidnapped at gunpoint

Vadodara, Mar 11 (UNI) Jitendra Tank, a well known builder from this city, was today kidnapped at gunpoint by four unidentified armed miscreants near Ampad Chawkdi here.

According to eyewitnesses, the 45-year-old builder-cum- financier was kidnapped by four car-borne miscreants after intercepting the victim, who was reportedly on his way to his Ampad farm house on a two-wheeler.

Circle police inspector D B Shah said police across the state had been alerted and a manhunt was on in the neighbouring areas to nab the kidnappers. The reason behind the kidnapping of the builder was not immediately known.
