Athletics-American Trammell wins world indoor hurdles title
MOSCOW, Mar 11 (Reuters) American Terrence Trammell finally struck gold when he won the men's 60 metres hurdles title at the world indoor championships today.
Trammell, who took bronze in yesterday's 60 metres final, needed the fastest time in the world this year of 7.43 seconds to beat Cuban Dayron Robles, who finished second in 7.46.
American Dominique Arnold was third in 7.52.
It was double Olympic silver-medallist Trammell's sixth race in two days. He also won the indoor title in 2001.
