ACB conducts searches at Sanas' residences
Mumbai, Mar 11 (UNI) The Anti Corruption Bureau today registered a corruption case against suspended secretariat assistant Avinash Sanas who is already implicated in the 1999 multicrore Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examination scam.
Anti Corruption Bureau sleuths today raided the residences of Sanas in Thane and Ghatkopar and the searches were still continuing, ACB sources said.
The ACB has registered the case against Sanas for amassing wealth beyond his known sources of income.
Sanas, who is an accused in the 1999 MPSC examination scam, had secured bail in the case from the Supreme Court only last week.
