Two persons arrested; explosives seized

Raichur, Karnataka, Mar 10 (UNI) The district police have arrested two persons on the charge of illegally carrying out blasts in a quarry in Deodurga town here yesterday.

Police said today that some explosive materials were seized from the duo -- Sharanappa and Narasimha.

While the arrested were remanded to judicial custody, their three accomplices were still at large.
