Novel online test for students in Pondicherry

Pondicherry, Mar 9 (UNI) The Pondicherry administration today introduced a novel 'online test' for students here under the education for all scheme.

Under the scheme computers were given to all schools and the students are studying on a play way method using computers.The administration today conducted a computer based assessment test in all subjects for the students from 3rd standard to 7th standard schools in 33 schools in Pondicherry and 10 schools in Karaikal region.

According to offical sources as many as 6000 students participated in the online test and the best three would be selected.A state level test would be conducted later,the sources said.
