Narco analysis test not violative of fundamental rights:HC

Kochi, Mar 10 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today held that subjecting a suspect for narco analysis test is not violative of the person's fundamental rights.

Justice K Padmanabhan Nair dismissed the petition filed by Rojo George, an accused in the case relating to the mysterious disappearance of seven-year-old Rahul from near his residence at Assamam ward, Alappuzha, challenging the move of the CBI to subject him for test.

The Court said the investigation agency was free to carry out scientific investigation methods in criminal investigation.
