Hindalco takes over possession of assets of aluminium rolling mill

Mumbai, Mar 10: A V Birla flagship company Hindalco Industries has taken over the possession of the certain assets pertaining to Aluminium Rolling Mill and Conductor Rod Complex of Pennar Aluminium company situated at Nagpur.

In a notification to BSE, the assets were put up for sales by the Asset Recontruction Company India Limited (ARCIL) under the securitisation and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement of security interest act, 2002.

In recent past, Hindalco expressed its acceptance of these assets and has taken possession now, the notification said.
