VIP Ind sets up body to decide on feasibility of Blow Plast merger

Mumbai, Mar 9 (UNI) The board of VIP Industries Ltd today, at its meeting, announced the constitution of a committee of the directors to evaluate and recommend whether a merger of Blow Plast Ltd with the company would be feasible and in the best interest of all concerned.

Informing BSE to this effect, the company said it has decided to appoint an independent valuers to ascertain the valuation of the companies and to recommend the share exchange ratio in the matter.

Further, it would seek advise from such professionals or counsel to do all activities as may be required to effectively evaluate the proposal.
