Varanasi blasts ''acts of cowardice'' : Prince of Arcot

Chennai, Mar 9 (UNI) Prince of Arcot Mohammed Abdul Ali today condemned the terrorist attack at Varanasi, saying it was an act of ''cowardice and savagery.

In a statement here, he said terrorism should be suppressed with an iron hand and greater vigil should be maintained in the country.

''No one could rule the world through agression and atrocity, he said and demanded that the culprits be brought to justice without fear or favour, at the earliest.

He offered his heart-felt condolences to the bereaved families.
