Throwing coloured water, rubber balloons banned from Mar 12-21

New Delhi, Mar 9 (UNI) The Delhi police have banned the indiscriminate throwing of coloured water, rubber balloons containing coloured water and riotous and indecent behaviour by Holi revellers, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi for a period of ten days from March 12.

According to an order issued by Delhi Police Commissioner K K Paul, willfully pushing, pressing, hustling or obstructing any passenger in a street or a public place has been banned.

Any person contravening this order will be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
