Siemens receives orders worth Rs 640 crore worth from Qatar

Mumbai, Mar 9 (UNI) The consortium of Siemens AG of Germany and Siemens India limited has received a Rs 640 crore order from Qatar General Electricity &Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) for the development of power transmission network in and around the capital city of Doha, Siemens India informed the BSE today.

The scope of supplies and services for Siemens India is Rs 530 crore, a company release said adding that the order covers setting up of five sub-stations of 220/132/66 KV in a period of 19 months.
