Satyam's IT Service Management is ISO20000 certified

Hyderabad, Mar 09 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Ltd (NYSE:SAY), a global consulting and IT service provider, today announced that it's intermal IT Service Management division has obtained ISO20000 certification.

The ISO20000 is the latest standard for implementation of IT Service Management.

Orginally certified for BS15000 for its infrastructure Management Services and internal IT Service Management operations in Chennai, this was an extension of scope to Satyam's all India locations as well as an upgrade from erstwhile BS15000 standard, a company release said.

Talking about the implementation of IT Service Management, auditors from EVQI said, Satyam had established an effective IT Service Management System with excellent commitment from top management.
