Rupee reference rate 13 paise down at 44.55/dollar

Mumbai, Mar 9 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 44.55 per dollar, which was 13 paise down from yesterday's rate of 44.42, a RBI spokesperson here said.
