PCC chief condoles death of former MLA

Hyderabad, Mar 9 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President Dr K Keshava Rao expressed shock over the untimely death of Congress leader and former MLA Kandula Nagarjuna Reddy yesterday.

In a statement here today, he said it was a personal loss to him.

Mr Reddy was a popular legislator and a prominent party worker who took keen interest in public affairs and matters concerning the farmers, he added.

Dr Rao said Mr Reddy, who hailed from an illustrious political family of freedom fighters, contributed immensely to the Congress party, particularly in Kurnool and Prakasham districts.

He conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
