King Koil Sleep Systems sets up new venture

Mumbai, Mar 9 (UNI) King Koil Sleep Systems Private Limited (KKSS), India today announced that the company has set up a new venture in India in association with Dubai Funiture Manufacturing Co LLC Dubai (DFMC) to market King Koil branded sleep solutions products in the country.

KKSS, a 100 per cent subsidiary of DFMC, would employ the latter's knowledge base to develop and market customised products to the premium-end customers of India. All the products have been conceived and developed keeping in mind the specific nature and particular tastes of the Indian consumers, said S Sundar Rajan, Director, KKSS.

He said keeping in line with King Koil quality standards, all the raw materials would be sourced from the best in the world to provide a whole new experience in sleeping to the Indian consumers.

DFMC pioneered mattress retailing will be done by establishing a chain of company-owned showrooms for its King Koil and Serta products, he informed and added the company would also cater to the ever-growing demands of the Indian hospitality industry as well.

Simultanenously, KKSS would proceed with the formalities for setting up a factory for manufacturing the entire range of products to cater to requirement of Indian market, he said and added the company would have its registered office in Mumbai, handling the country-wide operations from here.
