J K government wants bodhi-language in 8th schedule

Jammu, Mar 09 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government would take up with the centre the matter regarding declaring bodhi languauge in the 8th schdule of the constitution at an appropriate time.

This was stated by the minister for transport mangat ram sharma in reply to a question by P Namgyal in the legislative council today.

He said that a resolution in this regard was tabled in the house during during 2004-05 but the matter has not been taken up with the centre as yet.
