Bitta demands constitution of Terrorist Military Court
Varanasi, Mar 9 (UNI) All India Terrorist Front (AITF) chief Manindarjit Singh Bitta today demanded the consitution of an ''All India Terrorist Military Court'' to deal with cases of terrorism in the country.
Talking to newspersons here, he said that neither the President nor the Prime Minister or any other political figure should have control over its functioning.
''The court should be mandated to dispose off terrorism cases within six-eight months.'' Mr Bitta, who had survived a terrorist attack himself several years back, suggested the Varanasi blast case should be handed over to a joint team comprising CBI sleuths and former Punjab DGP K P S Gill.
