Viteos in pact with Paladyne Systems

Bangalore, Mar 8: City-based Viteos Capital Market Services Limited, a hedge fund services provider, today (Mar 8, 2006) announced its partnership with the New York-headquartered Paladyne Systems, a provider of alternative investment solutions, to provide technology and comprehensive services to the alternative investment industry.

Viteos had licensed the PALADYNE suite, a fully integrated front- to back-office technology platform, to provide fund administration and outsourced middle-and back-office hedge fund services. Viteos would also offer the PALADYNE suite to its customers by providing direct client access to selected applications such as order management, real-time PNL and analytics, according to a company release here.

The PALADYNE suite was a fully hosted, integrated set of applications designed to service today's most comprehensive hedge funds. By sharing the technology platform with its clients, Viteos would streamline operations and reduce cost and business risk both internally and for its customers, making it more attractive to potential investors, the release said.

''The combination of Paladyne's technology and our domain expertise combined with highly qualified accountants gives Viteos a significant competitive advantage in scope of services, technology, and cost relative to other hedge fund service providers,'' Viteos Capital Market Services CEO Shankar Iyer said.
