Slain terrorist's father says not sorry about son's death

Hyderabad, Mar 8 (UNI) The father of Gulam Yazdani, the slain LeT militant suspected to be involved in the twin blasts in Varanasi, said he did not feel sorry for his son as he was involved in ''anti-national activities''.

Yazdani, a Bangladesh-based Lashkar-e-Toiba militant hailed from Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh, police said.

The Lashkar militant was killed in an encounter this morning in New Delhi. Police informed his father Mustafa about the encounter.

''I treated him with affection but he was a misguided youth...I am not sorry about his death,'' Mustafa told mediapersons.
