Jammu, March 8 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Husain Baig have condemned yesterday's twin blasts in the holy city of Varanasi.

Expressing his sympathies with the kith and kin of the deceased Mr Azad said, ''The disgruntled elements behind the blasts are enemies of humanity and peace. Such nefarious designs will not succeed in causing any harm to our secular ethos and mutual brotherhood.'' Terror in its all forms and shapes is targeting innocent people and it should be condemned by one and all, he added.

Mr Baig described the incident as heinous and barbaric, saying no religion allows killing of innocents and those who resort to such acts are enemies of peace.
