Jehadi Lanka will now burn, says VHP

New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) The Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal organised a protest here today against terrorist attacks on the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and other places in Varanasi.

Addressing the protestors, senior VHP leader Onkarji Bhave blamed the ''politics of Muslim appeasement'' for the rising attacks on places of worship of Hindus.

''Jehadi Lanka will now burn'', said senior leader Surendra Jain. Other speakers likened the attacks to a war on the nation.

Delhi unit General Secretary Rashtra Prakash blamed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav's politics, saying his decision to allow Muslims ''to hold aggressive rallies'' in the recent past had borne fruit now.
