Chennai, Mar 8: Australian Prime Minister John Howard today (Mar 8, 2006) appealed to all countries to join together to fight global terrorism.
Just before addressing a gathering at the IIT Madras, Mr Howard expressed his grief and anguish over last night's bomb blasts at Sankatmochan temple in Varanasi and expressed Australia's condolences to the families of the dead.
''I myself and on behalf of the Australian Government, express my deep condolences to the families of the dead and all countries should join together to fight the global terrorism'', he added.
