Give a befitting reply to Pakistan, says Shiv Sena
New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) The Delhi unit of the Shiv Sena has demanded an immediate halt to the peace dialogue with Pakistan and a ''befitting reply'' to the ''jehadis'' there in response to the terrorist attacks in Varanasi.
''Now their aim seems to be to spread terror during our festivals and at our places of worship. If it was pre-Diwali blasts in Delhi, it is pre-holi blasts in Varanasi,'' state unit chief Jaibhagwan Goyal said while addressing a protest organised by the party here.
Reiterating that the terrorists operating in India had bases and support networks in Pakistan, he demanded an immediate halt to the peace dialogue with the neighbouring country.
He also demanded the resignation of the Prime Minister saying he had failed in protecting people from the terrorists.
Mr Goyal led a protest by partymen where they burnt ''Islamic fundamentalism'' in effigy.
