CBSE to accept affiliation applications 'on-line' only
New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) The Central Board of Secondary Education has decided to receive applications from schools for affiliation and related matter only 'on-line'.
CBSE had introduced the system of accepting application forms for affiliation and other allied matters 'on-line' on November 1, 2005 in order to facilitate faster processing.
It now decided that all the applications for approval of Middle Class Syllabus/Upgradation or Affiliation up to Secondary or Senior Secondar level/Extension of existing affiliation/introduction of additional subjects would only be received 'on-line', a statement said today.
Submission of forms 'on-line' would also facilitate the schools to see the progress of their applications.
Schools would also be able to download affiliation related various communications from the Board for faster reponse.
However, any application in the above context received through post would not be accepted.
