Woman molested by supervisor at Delhi Secretariat

New Delhi, Mar 7 (UNI) A woman was molested by a Delhi Secretariat worker within the premises at ITO in Central Delhi, where she had gone to look for a job.

The accused Ranbir Singh Negi, who is the supervisor of 'safai karamcharis' in the Delhi Secretariat, has been arrested, said Additional DCP (Central) Alok Kumar.

An FIR on incident, which occured around 1500 hrs yesterday, was filed at the I P Estate police station after the woman lodged a complaint against Negi, he said.

''The woman, who had gone to the Secretariat in search for a job, was molested by Negi who reportedly 'misbehaved' with her after assuring her that he would get her a job.'' A case of molestation has been registered and investigations are on.

Negi is the employee of a private firm which carries out 'safai' work at the Secretariat.
