Miscommunication leads Ukrainian to jump from his hotel room
Nagpur, Mar 7 (UNI) A 22-year-old Ukrainian National jumped out of his hotel room here as he knew only rudimentary English and no other lanuage to communicate with the hotel staff, resulting in minor injuries.
The police today said that Andriy Sergeivich Gryshanok, who came to the city last evening from Ukrain to attend a Meditation course of Baljit Singh Maharaj at Reshimbaugh, was put up in a hotel here.
His passport was deposited at the reception counter.

Andriy presumed that he was being illegally confined in the room and jumped out from a window of the first floor and fell on the terrace. He received some minor injuries.
Some British nationals, who had come to watch the India-England cricket test and were staying in the same hotel, came out of their rooms on hearing Andriy's screams.
Meanwhile, police appeared on the spot and solved Andriy's problem with the help of a citizen who knew Russian.
Andriy, who has a Diploma in Metallurgy, came to India for getting his asthama treated through Yoga and meditation at the meditation camp at Rashimgaugh, the police added.
