An IT enterprise with a difference -- i-Vista solutions

Bangalore, Mar 7 (UNI) A dwarf among the IT giants in the country, i-Vista Digital solutions is on a mission to spread IT culture among the enterprises in India through an innovative way of providing application software to companies and managing them, instead of selling packages.

Founded a decade ago by an enterprising Electronics graduate with a mere investment of Rs 25,000, the company had now blossomed into a around Rs five crore turnover venture with 65 professionals on the rolls.

Renting out applications on a monthly basis, the company currently handled over 48 clients, big and small, with over 19,000 users. It had three products of its own and taken up an assignment with a Dutch company worth one million Euro on its extended arm of business of outsourcing product development. The products contracted were Video over IP security for Protocol and Total Performance Score Card for Human Capital, Company Founder and CEO Narayan Rajan told UNI.

He said ''we are not interested in making a fast buck by selling our software packages to companies. On the contrary, we would like to build long term relations with our clients and grow along with them.'' Through their connected enterprise strategy, i-Vista enabled its clients to have reduced costs and transaction time and improve operational efficiency, he added.

''Our vision is to develop home grown software products and put them on the global map,'' he said, adding that professionals at i-Vista always innovate, conceptualise and develop products that adapt to the changing technology trends. This had led to providing the best-in-class, out-of-the-box internet applications and products,'' he said.
