Valuemart hikes stake in Tejas Infoscripts to 100 pc

Bangalore, Mar 6 (UNI) City-based Valuemart Info Technologies Limited, a software development and BPO company, today announced that it has bought out 100 per cent stake in Tejas Infoscripts Pvt.

Ltd., a Bangalore-based BPO.

The company, which had acquired 74 per cent stake in Tejas in 2005, bought out the balance 26 per cent now, a company release here said.

However, Tejas promoters would continue to manage and run the company as a subsidiary of Valuemart, the release said.

Valuemart Managing Director C K Vasudevan said ''the acquisition will further consolidate Valuemart's position in the fast growing legal BPO segment. Tejas has bagged three new clients in the current quarter and is expected to achieve a turnover of USD 1.5 Million during 2006-07.'' UNI MSP GD RKN1342
