Satyam bags SEI CMMI Level 5

Hyderabad, Mar 6 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Limited today announced it had been assessed at CMMI Level 5.

Satyam had undergone ten assessments in the last 30 months, covering 16 business units engaged in delivering IT services to its customers worldwide, to achieve CMMI Level 5.

A press release here today said CMMI was the latest model from Software Engineering Institute (SEI), USA. Level 5 is the highest level of maturity an organisation can achieve on CMMI.

Satyam had followed the 'staged representation' approach to cover the businesses that qualify for the implementation of the model and CMMI assessments Enterprise Wide.
