One killed, three wounded in Kashmir accident

Srinagar, Mar 6 (UNI) One person was killed and three others critically wounded when their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge near the world famous tourist resort of Pahalgam in south Kashmir yesterday, police said today.

Police said Ghulam Mohiuddin was killed when his Santro car, bearing registration number DL6C-G-6104, skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge near Pahalgam.

Another occupant was critically wounded and hospitalised.

The vehicle was on its way to Anantnag from the tourist resort, police added.
