NCDEX records volume worth Rs 2,704 cr

Mumbai, Mar 6 (UNI) About 562 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in the trading worth Rs 2,704 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 74,610 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, sugar, lemon tur, refined soy oil and urad.

On Saturday, about 536 members had participated in trading and put through 58,480 trades. The volume of trading till 1400 hrs was around Rs 2,344 (one way).

Active trades were high in urad, chana, guarseeds, lemon tur, sugar and refined soy oil, a NCDEX release here stated.
