HC seeks case diary of Shahabuddin

Patna, Mar 06 (UNI) Patna High Court today called for case diary of controvercial RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin in a case related to recovery of illegal arms from his residence in 2001.

A single bench of Justice Shivkirti Singh issued the directive after hearing the arguments of both sides.

Earlier, two grenades were recovered from the residence of the RJD MP during the raid conducted by the local police during which some people, including policemen, had lost their lives in the ensuing encounter.

A case was lodged with concerned police station in this connection.
