'Arrests in Kozhikode blasts soon'
Kozhikode, Mar 06: Police today (Mar 06, 2006) said miscreants involved in the twin blasts that rocked the city would be arrested very soon as sleuths probing had established clear evidences on the March three incidents.
''Miscreants involved in the explosions are expected to be nabbed soon'' as the special team probing the blasts had established substantial lead in the case, Inspector General of Police (North) M N Krishnamurty told newspersons here after a high-level meeting.
He said five people were taken into custody for interrogation and they have provided enough clue about the assailants involved in the explosions at the busy Mavoor Road area.
Mr Krishnamurthy quoting expert reports said timer devices containing potassium chloride were used in the blasts.
