Mohali, Mar 6 (UNI) Leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the second India-England Test match here goes without any hiccup, Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) has roped in a private security agency, in addition to state police, besides planning to install 16 close circuit televisions to record all movements in the stadium.

Addressing a press conference here today, PCA President IS Bindra spelled out the details of the security system to be put in place and said Additional Director General of Police Chander Sekhar, who is also vice-president of the Indian Hockey Federation, will be the overall in-charge of the security and traffic control.

He said PCA has also hired a private agency which will be mainly responsible to man the gates and guide the ticket holders.

Regarding the arrangements for the second Test, Mr Bindra said, ''The stadium and other facilities are always ready round-the-year.

The ground and the pitch are in top conditions. After completion of the North block, we will have two pavilions with similar facilities.'' PCA secretary MP Pandove who was also present during the press conference said that tickets of higher denominations had been virtually sold out. More than 50 per cent tickets for the general block, including students, have been sold, he added.
