NMCC delegation leaves for Oman

Kannur, Kerala, Mar 5 (UNI) A delegation of North Malabar Chamber of Commerce (NMCC), headed by its President C Jayachandran, left for Sultanate of Oman yesterday on an invitation from the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI).

The delegation will meet OCCI officials, Malayali organisations, chief executive officers of various investment establishments in Oman on March six and seven to explain various investment and development opportunities in the district, a release said here.

The OCCI had expressed its interest in investing in the proposed Kannur Airport, LNG-based power project, textile and seafood parks here.
