Manmohan Singh to visit St Petersburg in July for G-8 summit

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Russia in July to participate in the broader dialogue with G-8 leaders at its summit meeting being held in St Petersburg.

Dr Singh would go to the summit at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin last evening, the Prime Minister conveyed his acceptance to the Russian leader's invitation after he briefed Dr Singh on the G-8 Summit being hosted by his country.
