Decomposed body of foreign woman recovered in Kangra
Dharamshala, Mar 4 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Police today said it had recovered an unidentified body of a 25-year-old foreign woman from Dharamkot forests in Kangra district of the state.
Kangra District Police Chief S.P.Singh said the deceased woman was around 25 years and no injury marks or fractures were detected during the post mortem examination.
He said the death might have taken place about 25 to 30 days back.
Police officials also recovered empty packets of a sedative, from a bag which was lying by the side of the body, he said.
Mr Singh said police believe that her death might have been caused due to an overdose of Spasmo Proxyvan, adding that efforts were on to establish her identity.
This is the fourteen body to be recovered from different forests of the district during the last one and half month.
