Crucial SC hearing in rebel BSP MLAs case tomorrow

Lucknow, Mar 5 (UNI) Even as the Supreme Court will hear the crucial rebel BSP MLAs case tomorrow following the Allahabad High Court judgement, the ruling Samajwadi Party has called a meeting of its legislature party in the morning.

According to sources Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, who is leader of the SP legislature party, will address the MLAs and the MLCs tomorrow morning.

The meeting will also discuss in detail the fallout of the High Court judgement and the Party's future strategy outside and inside the legislature.

Meanwhile, the apex couse would hear the case of the rebel BSP MLAs tomorrow after MLA Rajendra Singh Rana filed a petition against the High Court verdict.

BSP sources said here more rebel MLAs would join the party soon as they are waiting for the Supreme Court direction.

Earlier on March 2, five MLAs including two ministers joined the BSP. These five MLAs were among the 38 BSP MLAs who had defected to SP in September 2003.
