Six labourers killed in wall collapse

Hyderabad, Mar 4 (UNI) Six labourers were killed in the neighbouring Ranga Reddy district when a wall collapsed due to gale and heavy rains last night.

Police said the mishap occurred when the labourers from Miryalaguda area at Nalgonda district were engaged in laying of cables. About 25 families had set up their huts, beside a big wall.

The wall on which the beams of the huts rested suddenly collapsed, killing the labourers. Five others, who were injured, were admitted to the local hospital, police added.
