Nitish only making hollow promises : Congress

Patna, Mar 4 (UNI) Bihar Congress today alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was making 'hollow' promises to mislead the people of the state.

Reacting to the assurance given by Mr Kumar on ending the unaided education policy, Chief spokesman of state Congress Kripanath Pathak said although it was a welcome step but also apprehended the government's sincerity in the matter.

He said the NDA government was only making 'tall' promises but nothing was done at the ground level, adding the people of the state would soon realise 'political gimmicks' of the state government.
