Biscuit bandits strike again
Chennai, Mar 04 (UNI) The elusive Biscuit bandits struck again relieving two passengers of their valuables in the Kolkata-Chennai Howrah Mail and the Delhi-Chennai Tamil Nadu express trains police said today.
Railway police sources said one of the victims was Kumaran, an Army man from Chennai, travelling in the Howrah Mail was found in a semi concious stage by railway police, in a second class reserved compartment.
Enquiries revealed that some men forced him to eat biscuits laced with sedatives and later made away with his gold chain.
Kumaran denied to lodge any complaint, police added.
In the other incident, a middle aged man was found unconcious in a reserved compartment of the Tamil Nadu express.
