A local issues NBW against BDO

Gopalganj, Mar 4 (UNI) A local court today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against the Uchka Block Development Officer (BDO) in the district today.

District and sessions judge of Gopalganj Manohar Prasad issued NBW against BDO Banke Bihari Choudhary after he did not appear before the court despite repeated reminders to the said officer.

The BDO was asked to appear as a witness before the court in a case pertaining to the murder of a school student.

The student was killed after he was kidnapped from Shripur village under Phulwaria police station area on January 1.
