Two police constables and one CISF jawan killed by Maoists
Bokaro, Mar 3 (UNI) At least three security personnel, including one Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) jawan, were killed by the CPI(Moist) extremists at Jharia, about 40 km from here today.
Police said the ultras fired indiscriminately at Jharia police outpost and killed two police constables and critically injured Officer in-charge B N Tewari, who was shifted to hospital.
Later, the maoists blew up a CISF camp by blasting dynamite in which one CISF jawan was killed and another two fell under the debris.
Police were trying to rescue the two CISF jawans.
The maoists also set ablaze a police jeep.
