Three sentenced to life in 2004 murder case

Mathura, Mar 3 (UNI) A district court has sentenced three accused in a 2004 murder case to life imprisonment alongwith a fine of Rs 10,000 each.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Saroj Yadav, on the basis on available evidence, held Rameshwar, Hari Om and Vishnu, guilty for murdering Bharat Singh on August 14, 2004.

The trio had hacked to death Bharat, while he was drawing water from a tube well in Khyara village, District Public Prosecutor R K Agrawal said.
