Expo of snaps on Israeli life

Bhopal, Mar 3 (UNI) The Israeli embassy, in collaboration with the Bhopal State Museum, is presenting 'Vibrant Israel' -- an exhibition of photographs showcasing various facets of Israeli life.

The 11-day event will be inaugurated today at the museum by Madhya Pradesh Minister of State for Culture Lakshmikant Sharma and embassy spokesperson Michal Gur-Aryeh, a relea se said.

Being at the crossroads of three continents, with traditions dating back thousands of years and a vibrant contemporary society, Israel is a melting pot of cultural influences, ideas and innovation.

The exhibition presents an opportunity to experience 18 diverse aspects of Israel -- archaeology, heritage, leisure, Jerusalem, the land, religions, Hebrew, architecture, agriculture, science, education, arts etc, the release added.
