3i Infotech completes US dollar 50 mn FCCB issue

Mumbai Mar 3, (UNI) 3i Infotech sucessfully launched and completed its US Dollar 50 million foreign currency convertible bond (FCCBs) issue.

''The offering has been fully subscribed and the conversion price for such bonds has been fixed at Rs 230 per share,'' an official release here said.
