23 naxals surrender in AP

Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 3 (UNI) Twentythree naxals, including four women surrendered before the police in Prakasham district Superintendent of Police Balasumramanyam today said.

Speaking to reporters here, he said the surrendered naxals belonged to the CPI(Maoist), Kula Nirmulanana Porata Samithi and Prajakalamandali, outfits of the Maoists party.

He said the surrendered naxals hailed from Pernamitta and Chimakurthi villages.
